Where can I collect my order from?

You can collect your order from your chosen Southern Food Basket, between the hours of 9:00am and 7:00pm.

When will my order be ready?

Your order will be ready waiting for pickup at your selected Southern Food Basket location 90mins after order confirmation.

Will I need to sign for my Direct to boot or Pick up order?

Yes, Once you verified your purchased upon arrival, you will be required to sign bill to confirm your order was successfully picked up.

What happens if I am running late to collect my order for my chosen window?

If you’re running a little bit late, don’t worry – we understand life can get in the way sometimes. When you’re on your way, just let us know via Phone Call, Whatsapp, or SMS notification so we can know when to expect you. If you don’t think you’ll be able to Pick up your order for the day you selected, please contact us and one of our Team Members will be able to assist you.

How will my Pick up order be packed?

Your order will be sorted and packed correctly separating the detergents and meats from other grocery items.

How do I change my order?

To change your order simply, give us a call and one of our customer service representatives will be able to assist you.

Is there a minimum spend for Direct to boot and Pick up orders?

Yes, there is a minimum spend of $250
